
Drink Apple Cider Vinegar:
Mix it in your salad dressing or drink it with water. Apple Cider Vinegar helps detoxify your liver and shed pounds quickly. Take 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar mixed in water before every meal to aid in weight loss. If you can’t stand the taste they have it in capsule form as well.
Add Cayenne Pepper: The spicier the better. Adding cayenne peeper or any kind of spice to your food aids in your digestion, speeds up your metabolism, and suppresses your appetite. This herb is not only beneficial for the entire digestive system, but also for the heart and circulatory system.
Do a Parasite Cleanse:
It is reported that 85% of Americans have parasites living inside of them, but some experts believe it is probably much closer to 95%. A parasite is a living organism that is feeding off the food, vitamins and minerals inside your body, causing you a whole host of problems, including sugar cravings, fatigue, weight gain, gas, bloating, and so much more. A simple parasite cleanse can rid you of these parasites and help shed the weight quickly.
Limit Coffee:
Coffee is not your friend. I don’t care if it gives you energy, or if you think coffee suppresses your appetite. I don’t care if it’s supposedly a skinny, non-fat, and sugar-free drink. It’s making you fat. Your body does not know how to digest the acid in coffee, so guess where it is stored? Your midsection. That’s right, your body stores it as belly fat. There are other reasons that coffee is bad for you. Coffee increases your sugar cravings so you tend to eat more sweets. Caffeine increases stress, which increases cortisol, which increases belly fat. Luckily they make lots of healthy alternatives to coffee that taste great. Check your local organic grocery store and start giving up the habit ASAP. When I gave up coffee, green tea became my savior. I love to make green tea with rice milk and honey for a perfect morning or mid-day pick-me up.
Drink Green Tea: EGCG, an antioxidant contained in green tea, benefits weight loss by helping the body burn fat. A study in Switzerland found drinking the equivalent of 2-3 cups of green tea daily caused the participants to burn 80 extra calories each day. Antioxidants such as vitamins A, C, E, and the polyphenols found in green tea also help your body reduce the time that toxins stay in your system.
Avoid Monosodium Glutamate. You probably have heard of it as MSG, but you probably don’t know what it means. MSG is an additive that food companies put in their food as a “flavor enhancer.” What they don’t want you to know is that MSG is harmful and physically addictive. Fast food companies, for example, put MSG in the food in hopes that you will become physically addicted to their food and keep coming back to spend more money at their establishment. MSG is not only physically addictive, but is toxic to the body, causing weight gain, food cravings, and fatigue, and eventually its consumption leads to disease. MSG is one of the major reasons for weight gain. It is in virtually every food we eat. Read your labels and avoid this harmful toxin!
Replace Sugar with Agave:
Processed sugar shortens your life. Dr. Russel Blaylock, M.D. author of Nutritional Strategies for Cancer Patients explains: "I really find it appalling that some of the biggest cancer centers in the world tell their patients to eat sugars: pies, cakes, even cheesecake and birthday cake.
